Congratulations!

Congratulations to the students below for being recognized as Students of the Quarter! Our teachers have approximately 160 students throughout all of their class periods, so being selected as Student of the Quarter is a great honor that students and parents should be truly proud of. Thank you to each of the students below for working hard throughout this first quarter. Thank you to all of the parents who supported and encouraged them as well. We are so proud that each of you are Uni Wolves!

Amaya is an amazing student. The very first day I met her, she introduced herself, she advocated for herself, and she asked what she could do to improve in language arts. To have a student that confident and that focused on academic improvement in 7th grade is astounding.The class can rely on her to bring insight, energy, and fun to the class. She makes me want to be the best teacher I can be; I am so lucky to have her in my class.

Josef is hard working, respectful and always so excited to be in class. He is always asking what he can do to help set up for the day and willing to help lead stretches. He displays great leadership qualities. It is a pleasure to have him in my class.

Giana is an all-around SUPERSTAR! She is always engaged in class discussion, offers insightful perspectives, and is consistently on task. It is easy to see the effort that Giana puts into her academics. She always comes in with a smile on her face and a great attitude. She is a rockstar- both in history and is passionate about making change in her community. I LOVE being Giana's teacher!

Esmeralda is an exemplary Uni scholar. She is consistently following the Wolf Skills. She is respectful to adults and peers on campus. She is an extraordinary team player. Esmeralda collaborates really well with her teammates. She is patient and takes leadership whenever needed. Esmeralda is really focused on her academics and her responses are very thoughtful. I believe Esmeralda has a very bright future ahead of her. I can't wait to see her shine as the amazing human being she is becoming. Keep up the great work, Esmeralda!

Mursal is always demonstrating our 3 R's (Respectful, Responsible, and Ready to Learn). She has given her best for each and every task and asks for clarification when needed. Mursal has been a great communicator and even asks to take home her ELA textbook to finish tasks to her high standards. Calista is a good student, works hard, doesn't complain, and is a good example of a student. Is willing to speak up and participate, and has a good personality. Calista seems like a very genuine person.

When I think of Alannah, the first word that comes to mind is scholar. Alannah is one of the most responsible and hard working students I have! Not only that, but she is an amazing writer. She is always respectful and works well with others. It is truly a pleasure to have her in my class!

Luis is a superstar in History! Not only does he work hard in class to turn in all assignments but he is always participating! Layla is an awesome student. She is always giving her best effort and works consistently hard in everything that she does. When layla is absent she is either working while at home or making the work up as soon as she gets back to school. She is super sweet and has a smile on her face everyday in class!
