English learner student data is updated nightly from Aeries. State assessments along with District assessments are also uploaded to capture the full picture of English learners.

English Learners are required to be monitored every year until they reclassify. Once they are reclassified, they will continue to be monitored for four years. If students are not making adequate progress, the appropriate interventions and supports must be put in place. 

English Learners are eligible for reclassification when they meet the four criteria: Overall 4 on the ELPAC, Teacher Evaluation, Parent Opinion and Consultation, and Performance on District Assessments.
