6th grade Spanish

The 6th graders will take an introductory Spanish language class twice per week. The course will focus on interpersonal communication. Through songs, games,  crafts, and other hands-on experiences students will learn Spanish and about cultures of the Spanish-speaking world in Spanish! 

Spanish language use in the classroom: Students can expect to hear Spanish 90% of the time in class. English is used for reflection activities and to share information regarding health and safety.
