BE A HERO! – Junior First Responders Course (Season 3)

A fun, age-appropriate safety course for kids ages 8–15

This course is designed to help kids feel confident, calm, and capable when everyday emergencies happen. BE A HERO! is not a deep medical class, and it’s not scary or overwhelming. Instead, it focuses on simple, practical safety skills that kids can understand, remember, and actually use.

The goal is straightforward:

👉 Be safe. Help your family be safe. Help the people around you be safe.

Through hands-on activities, clear explanations, and kid-friendly language, students learn how to recognize emergencies, make smart choices, and take basic action until an adult or professional arrives.

What Kids Will Learn

Students are introduced to essential safety and first-aid concepts, including:

How to make effective emergency calls – what to say, what not to say, and how to stay calm.

Scene safety (“The Hero Check”) – learning to stop and think before acting.

Hands-Only CPR – understanding the “beat of life” without overwhelming details.

AED awareness – what it is and why it helps (no technical operation required).

Choking response – what to do if someone is choking and still conscious.

Burn care basics – simple steps that help and common mistakes to avoid.

Broken bones & splinting – when to stay put and wait for help.

Allergic reactions & EpiPen awareness – recognizing emergencies and getting help fast.

Asthma basics – supporting someone who’s having trouble breathing.

Fire safety – smart habits at home and school.

Trips, falls, and everyday injuries.

Building a simple home & school first-aid kit.

The “Hero Talk” – confidence, responsibility, and knowing when to get an adult

Program Overview

Our Creative Dance program introduces young students to the joy of movement in a fun, imaginative, and structured way. Unlike traditional technique-focused classes, Creative Dance encourages children to explore self-expression, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork through guided activities, stories, and games.

eDESIGN & 3D PRINTING- In this activity, we combine the printing technology and handicrafts work using the 3D PLA and PCL pen machine to bring creative designs and ART into tangible 3D shapes. 

This course will train kids to become great designers of shapes and objects.

Classes will go into steps as; Design –Self design –Modeling –filament color selection –safety check –printing –adjustment & fixing –self creative, to allow kids to produce 2D and 3D models that they are taking home.

This course provides students with a dynamic introduction to the core principles of Taekwondo. It emphasizes physical fitness, discipline, confidence-building, and self-defense skills. Designed specifically for children and teenagers, the program blends fun and interactive activities with structured training to foster personal growth, teamwork, and resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
