This course takes older students deeper into the craft of visual storytelling. They’ll develop original characters, create dialogue, and map out story arcs, learning to communicate ideas through art and writing. Each session balances concept lessons with hands-on drawing, storyboarding, and sharing.

Outcomes:

Students will build a portfolio of their comic projects, showcasing creativity, narrative structure, and artistic growth. Each will also receive a progress report with instructor feedback and a certificate of completion to mark their effort and skills gained.

We teach a variety of theatre-based activities and acting techniques, from drama games to improvisation exercises. Each week, we rehearse for a small production, with a new theme every term.
