There’s something powerful about having a space that’s just for you—where you don’t have to explain or justify your pain, where you can speak freely, and where your story is met with compassion, clarity, and respect.
My one-on-one coaching is for women who are ready to stop surviving and start reconnecting with themselves. Whether you're just beginning to name what’s happened or you’ve been walking this road for a while, you don’t have to do it alone.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to help you:
Reclaim your voice and trust your inner knowing
Set boundaries that are clear, kind, and aligned with your values
Explore your nervous system and increase your sense of safety
Identify and live from your true core values (not the ones you were taught to perform)
Gently challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck in shame or silence
Build confidence to make decisions rooted in clarity, not fear
You set the pace. I bring the structure, trauma-informed tools, and a whole lot of compassion.
This is not therapy—and it’s not advice-giving.
It’s a collaborative space where your voice leads, and I help you build strength from the inside out.
I encourage most women to start here. It takes time to build momentum, establish trust, and begin doing meaningful work together. This package offers consistency, savings, and space to go deeper.
