Life has not turned out the way I once imagined it would. My story has included betrayal, loss, and the ache of trying to keep everything together while feeling like the ground was crumbling underneath me. Alongside all of that, I’m also a mom - raising kids I adore, learning to balance my own healing with the daily realities of life, and still discovering new layers of who I am.
I don’t have it all figured out, but I’ve come a long way. I’ve learned to trust my body, to find my voice, and to live more authentically. I’m still growing, still becoming, and I hold deep gratitude for the women who walk this road alongside me.
I support women who are healing from betrayal trauma. This work is close to my heart because I know how devastating and isolating betrayal can feel. I didn’t choose this path, but walking it has taught me compassion, strength, and the importance of safe community.
For me, coaching isn’t about fixing anyone - because you’re not broken. It’s about creating space where you can tell the truth, take back your power one small (sometimes microscopic) step at a time, and begin to rebuild a life that feels like your own. The most meaningful part of my work is seeing women realize that they are capable of so much more than just surviving.
I believe healing doesn’t happen in straight lines.
I believe every step - even one's that feel backwards - matters.
I believe women are not “too much”, "not enough" or “too broken.”
I believe you deserve safety, truth, and support as you reclaim your life.
While my personal experience shapes the heart of what I do, I’ve also sought out extensive training to make sure I can offer safe, effective support. Women who are in deep pain deserve more than quick fixes or surface-level advice - they deserve guidance that truly honors the weight of what they’re carrying.
That’s why I’ve invested in training that helps me walk alongside women without adding to their burden. I am:
A Master Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Trained as a Betrayal Trauma Coach through APSATS
A Peer Facilitator through A Door of Hope
Certified in Couples Centered Recovery with Dr. Jake Porter
These qualifications give me a strong framework to serve, but at the end of the day, I’m not just a coach — I’m a woman who’s been in the trenches too.
