PAG-IBIG SALARY LOAN

DEFINITION OF TERMS

The Pag-IBIG Fund Multi-Purpose Loan or MPL is a cash loan designed to help our members with any immediate financial need

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification 


You must be an actively contributing member with at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings (MS) and sufficient proof of income to qualify. If you have an existing Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan, MPL, and/or Calamity Loan, your payments must be updated for you to qualify.​


The following are the eligibility requirements for your reference:


LOAN DETAILS

Amount of loan - With Pag-IBIG Fund’s MPL program, qualified members can borrow up to 80% of their total Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, which consist of their monthly contributions, their employer’s contributions, and accumulated dividends earned. If you have an outstanding Calamity Loan, the amount of loan you will receive shall be the difference between 80% of your total Pag-IBIG Regular Savings and the outstanding balance of your Calamity Loan.​ This means that the more you save in your Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, the higher the loan amount you may apply for via the MPL.​

Interest - The MPL comes at a low-interest rate of 10.5 percent per annum. You would be pleased to know that a significant part of the income derived by Pag-IBIG Fund from the loan program is returned to its members in the form of dividends.​

Renewal - You may renew your MPL after paying an equivalent of six (6) monthly amortizations and upon satisfying the qualifications mentioned above. The outstanding balance of your existing loan shall be deducted from the loan proceeds of your new loan.​

Payment Terms - The loan is payable within 24 months and comes with a deferred first payment.​

PROCESS

Thru Branch Application:

1.) Accomplish the Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (front and back)

2.) 2 Valid IDs acceptable to the Fund

3.) Proof of Income (Certificate of the Netpay at the back portion of the form must be accomplished).  Payslip, if applicable

4.) Any of the following issued CASH CARD (not expired and EMV-chip-enabled)

• Loyalty Card Plus issued by Asia United Bank (AUB) or Union Bank of the Philippines (UB)

• Landbank of the Philippines (LBP)

• The United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB)

•  Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)

 

Submit these requirements to any PagIBIG branch.

 

Thru Online Application:

1.) Accomplish the Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form

2.) Valid ID acceptable to the Fund

3.) Proof of Income (Certificate of the Netpay at the back portion of the form must be accomplished).  Payslip, if applicable

4.) Any of the following issued CASH CARD (not expired and EMV-chip-enabled)

• Loyalty Card Plus issued by Asia United Bank (AUB) or Union Bank of the Philippines (UB)

• Landbank of the Philippines (LBP)

• The United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB)

5.) SELFIE PHOTO while holding your cash card and valid ID acceptable to the Fund

and follow these THREE EASY STEPS:


1.) Enter your Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number and active Philippine mobile number to receive the One-Time-Pin (OTP);

2.) Type in your Cash Card details; and

3.) Upload photos or scanned copies of the following:

• Front and reverse pages of your fully accomplished loan application form,

• One (1) valid ID acceptable to the Fund and

• Selfie photo while holding your cash card and a valid ID.


Please be reminded that the allowable size is only 3MB (per document). Documents allowed for uploading are images (jpg, jpeg, png, bmp) and PDF (pdf) only.


On the other hand, the estimated processing time for said loan applications filed is within 6 -10 working days from receipt of the application until the release of loan proceeds.

You will be receiving a notification once your loan has been approved. Loan Proceeds will be credited within 24-48 banking hours upon approval. Kindly check your account within the period.


Reminder: Once your loan is approved,  submit a copy of your SOA (statement of account) /Loan information for your monthly deduction to hrtotal.rewards@ringcentral.com. You may request it via email (Pag-IBIG Fund contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph) or secure it at any Pagibig branch.

PAG-IBIG CALAMITY LOAN

DEFINITION OF TERMS

The Pag-IBIG Fund Calamity Loan is a cash loan facility to assist Pag-IBIG Fund members who reside in areas declared under a state of calamity and are affected by such disasters. The loan seeks to provide immediate financial assistance to help members recover from the effects of such calamity. It comes at a low-interest rate of 5.95% per annum. The loan is payable within 24 months and has a deferred first payment.

LOAN DETAILS

Amount - Qualified members may borrow up to 80% of their total Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, which consist of their monthly contributions, their employer’s contributions, and accumulated dividends earned. If you have an outstanding Multi-Purpose and/or Calamity Loan, the amount of loan you will receive shall be the difference between the 80% of your total Pag-IBIG Regular Savings and the outstanding balance of your loan/s.​ 

Interest - The Calamity Loan carries the lowest interest rate in the market at 5.95 5 percent per annum.​ 

Payment Terms - The loan is payable within 24 months and comes with the initial payment due on the 3rd month after the loan release.​ 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification - You must be an actively contributing member residing in an area declared by the Office of the President or the Local Sanggunian under a state of calamity, with at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings (MS) and sufficient proof of income to qualify. If you have an existing Pag-IBIG Fund Housing Loan, MPL, and/or Calamity Loan, your payments must be updated for you to qualify.​


Eligible borrowers must avail of the Calamity Loan within 90 days from the declaration of a state of calamity.​
