FAQs
If we are unable to claim our card during the kick-off event, can we still claim our VIP card?
Those who were unable to claim their cards during the onsite kick-off event may claim their cards from the front desks of our Ortigas and Cubao sites. Kindly fill out this form to confirm from which site you prefer to claim it.
Can another employee claim my card on my behalf?
If someone else will be claiming your card, please send an email to hrtotal.rewards@ringcentral.com and provide the name of the person who will claim your card as proof of your authorization. However, please note that once the card has been released to the person you authorized to claim it, our receptionists, the Total Rewards Team, and RingCentral shall not be liable in case the card is lost. Card loss/replacement costs PHP 100.00
What are the requirements to avail of the discounts?
To avail of the discounts, present your company ID and VIP card together with the Optical Benefit form and ATD form at any Vision Express and Eye Society branches. Please note that all the fields in the forms should be filled out and completed.
Where can I avail the perks and discounts?
You may avail the perks and discounts at any Vision Express and/or Eye Society branches nationwide.
What is the mode of payment when we avail a product?
You can pay through payment installment plan of up to PHP 10,000.00 per year, in which the total cost of the products you purchased shall be equally divided and deducted from your salary in 4 payouts. However, if you wish to pay directly at the store, you may do so and the discounts shall still apply.
How much is the credit limit for availing of Vision Express products?
Our credit limit is PHP 10,000.00 per year.
What will happen if I resign and I haven't fully paid my purchase?
In the event that the employee resigns from RingCentral and still has a remaining installment amount to be paid, the total remaining amount shall be deducted from the employee's last pay.
Can the discount be extended to family members?
Yes, family members may avail of the perks and discounts as long as the bearer of the card are with them upon purchase.
