A one-time grant of leaves credited to tenured employees who served for at least five (5) years with Acquire BPO.

• Five (5) incentive leaves are granted to an employee upon reaching the 5th year tenure and service which will be credited on the 5th anniversary date with Acquire BPO.

• The employee has up to six (6) months from the anniversary date to utilize the incentive leaves upon the approval of the immediate supervisor or Department Head, which may be utilized in separate days. For transferred employees, 5 incentive leaves are granted based on their date hire in Acquire.

• After the 6th month following the anniversary date of the employee’s tenure, any unused leave will be forfeited, and no extension to said period will be granted.

• Additional Service Incentive Leave is a one-time benefit

Acquire C&B Team will automatically activate the leave of the employee on his/her 5th year in the company and visible in employee's Mypay
