A leave granted to a regular employee who is celebrating his birthday which may be utilized at any time within the birth month.

• One Birthday Leave shall be entitled to a regular employee on his birth month.

• This leave must be filed, approved, and used within the birth month only, otherwise it shall be forfeited.
