Click the  ☰  button to open the navigation, then ensure the Group you want to add a Farm to is selected in the drop down menu.

Close the navigation, click  Create Farm .

The following information is required to create the Farm:

• Farm Name:  Enter the name of the farm.

• Farm Location:  Enter the location of the farm.

Once the required information is entered, click Save to finish creating the farm.

The newly added farm now appears under the Farms section & can be edited by clicking the pencil icon beside it.

All newly added farms appear with "On Trial" beside them.  This means that up to 15 total movements can be created on them before they have to be confirmed or deleted.

To continue using Iris for the farm, click on the farm to enter the Farm Details page. 

At the top of the page click the End Trial button.

On the confirmation message that appears, click Yes.

The farm now has full functionality enabled and movements can be entered again.  The On Trial badge is now gone.

To delete the farm after the maximum trial movements has been reached, click on the farm to enter the Farm Details page. 

At the top of the page, click Delete Trial Farm.

On the confirmation message that appears, click Yes.

The trial farm has been deleted and will no longer appear in the group.

To deactivate a farm, click the Deactivate Farm button.

Note:  In order to deactivate a farm all open batches must be closed.

The farm will then be marked Inactive.

To make the farm active again, click Activate Farm.
