Word History Remedial
This remedial summer course provides a focused environment for students to strengthen their understanding of world history from 1600 to the present. The curriculum revisits pivotal eras—including the Enlightenment, the World Wars, and the Cold War—to bridge previous learning gaps and build a solid factual foundation. Through interactive simulations and the analysis of primary sources via Document Based Questions (DBQs), students will practice interpreting evidence and viewing history from multiple perspectives. This targeted review is designed to rebuild academic confidence and master the essential analytical skills required for future social studies success.
US History I Remedial
This remedial United States History I course provides a focused review of the nation’s development from the colonial era through the rise of industrialism. Students will strengthen their understanding of foundational milestones, including the American Revolution, the drafting of the U.S. Constitution, and the transformative events of the Civil War and Reconstruction. The curriculum is designed to bridge previous learning gaps by revisiting the political and economic shifts that shaped early America.
