Students completing their Explorations' internships and presenting at our annual Discovery & Explorations Poster Session
Explorations is a four year, college-preparatory math, science, and technology magnet program. Students complete a 200-hour internship in a career field of their choice after the completion of their junior year. A major component of this internship is the creation of a portfolio detailing the student's experience. In addition, each student prepares a presentation highlighting what he/she learned during his/her internship. These presentations are shared at an end-of-year celebration for Explorations students and parents.
