NSF Project Launch!
We are excited to officially launch our new National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded project on systematically and responsibly improving AI chatbot interviews in hiring!
This two-year, ~$400K interdisciplinary research effort brings together expertise in industrial-organizational psychology and management science to advance fair, effective, and ethical AI-based selection tools.
Featured Paper & Video Discussion
Dr. Sun's 2024 Organizational Research Methods paper on constructing forced-choice measures is now accompanied by a video discussion that explores both the research findings and the behind-the-scenes stories of the project.
The video includes discussions on how forced-choice methods in assessment are evolving. The conversation covered both the origins of the project and future directions for the field, highlighting how researchers are pushing forward despite skepticism.
