If you are a Rice undergraduate interested in conducting research for academic credit, you may be eligible to enroll in PSYC 485: Supervised Research. 🦉
SMART Lab can help you
- Gain knowledge and experience in industrial-organizational (I/O) and broad psychology
- Develop aptitudes and competencies for personality and quantitative sciences
- Contribute to cutting-edge learning and scientific discoveries in applied psychology
- Acquire skills for critical thinking, problem solving, data analysis, project management, etc.
- Prepare for a career in academia and/or in industry (consulting, tech, testing, etc.)
SMART Lab is looking for individuals
- Interest(s) in I/O psych, measurement, personality, HR, and/or management research
- Knowledge of I/O psychology and/or related business/HR fields
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Experience in statistics and research methods
- Strong academic and/or research records
- High self-motivation
- Attention to detail
