2021 宣教士金錢贊助

• 根據在第一季季會的預算批准，我們在 2021 年 4 月之前向支持的宣教士發送總額 $45,000 的禮物。

• 讚美我們的主，因為祂祝福祂的教會有足夠和可用的資金在年初寄發贊助予宣教士，補足他們的需要。

• 宣教部與我們支持的宣教士於疫情期間繼續緊密接觸、溝通並經常為他們祈禱，了解及認識他們在事工上的發展並金錢上短缼；基於關懷和仔細的相議，我們切切的禱求上帝後，提出建議如下：

• 根據 2021 年支持新宣教士的預算（$4,000）給予現有的宣教士，其分配乃基於彼此間的關係及以 2021 支持的金額按比例分配予各宣教士；

• 此次的額外禮物，將成為增加給各宣教士於 2022 年度及以後將會獲得的贊助金額。

• 於 9 月份，經郵遞寄送了 2021 年的額外愛心禮物給予我們支持的宣教士。註: 為節省宣教機構的行政費用，楊氏夫婦的禮物將於明年寄上。

2021 福音機構金錢支持

• 宣教部審視 2021 年福音機構金錢支持的過程中，向上帝求問及禱告，經相議後，除了繼續支持 2020 年的機構外，建議增添以香港為基地的 「無愧工人」事工。

  • 它們為主服事的對象主要集中在亞洲，也是我們差派的「鄧」宣教士的宣教機構。雖然他剛剛在前線退下來，因著上帝的國度，他仍然積極地協助此事工的課程及教材修訂或更新。

  • 教會於去年差派前往利馬的短宣隊，不單止使用「無愧工人」的教材如教導、栽培及工作坊的服事中，短宣隊隊員在學習及運用的過程裏，也被造就而獲益良多。

  • 此外，宣教部正在求問上帝發展敎會的宣教教育，期間也積極地尋求並研究使用「無愧工人」的教材的可行性。

• 此項建議及整個支持名單，已於 4 月獲執事會背書，並於 2021 年第二季季會中被會眾接納。

• 靠著上帝的恩典和供應，我們根據會友季會的批准，於 9 月送上我們的禮物給予我們支持的機構。

• 附圖提供「2021 福音機構贊助」及其支持金額。

1. According to RHCBC Mission Policy (Since 2008), there is a point system to calculate our fund supports to Christian organization and missionary agencies. (see Appendix 1)

2021 Missionaries Financial Support

• According to our commitment and approved budget in Q1, we started sending our gifts in total of $45,000 to our supported missionaries by April 2021.

• We praised our Lord for His blessings to His church and had sufficient and available funds sent out in the early of the year for their needs.

• During the pandemic, Mission Core communicated closely with and prayed for our missionaries. We heard their shortage in their ministries. Through prayers with deep consideration and discussions, we proposed to the following:

• Per approval in Q2QMM, we used the approved $4,000 in the 2021 budget for supporting new missionaries to our current supporting missionaries. The amount was based on our relationships and the proration from their supporting amount in 2021;

• This additional gift will become an increase in the amount of support to each missionary in 2022 and going forward.

• We sent our additional gifts in 2021 by mail to our supported missionaries in September. Note: For saving the charge of administration fee by mission organization, the gift to Mr. and Mrs. Young will be sent in 2022.

• Attached is the list of “2021 Missionaries Financial Support Additional Fund Allocation”.

2021 Para-Church Financial Support

• Mission Ministry reviewed and prayed for wisdom to the support of 2021 parachurch organizations. Our core members reviewed and prayed for wisdom to the support of 2021 para-church organizations. We added a new organization: Asian Development Ministries Ltd. 無愧工人.

  • It is our Home Sent Missionary "D"’s missionary organization. After his retirement, he is still helping them in teaching/training materials for His Kingdom.

  • We used their materials in our church 2020 Lima Short Term Mission trip to teach their leaders and to run a family workshop in their fellowship.

  • Mission Ministry is also reviewing their materials in the meantime. We are planning to use the materials to develop our in-house mission education training for brothers and sisters.

• This proposal and the full list was endorsed by the Deacon Board in April and sought approval in 2021 Q2 QMM.

• By God’s grace and provisions, we sent our gifts in September to our supported parachurch organizations based on the approval from QMM.

• Attached is the list of “2021 Para-church Organization Support” with our support to them.
