We coordinated with the audio-visual team to deliver live streaming and recording of Sunday worship services throughout 2021. With Church being opened intermittently during the year, our IT and AV crew members set up all equipment to accommodate in-person worship while having live streaming at the same time and enhanced the online waiver form registration process for in-person Sunday worship services.

We made changes at the system platform level and implemented new applications to improve our church’s automated processes. At the platform level, we migrated RHCBC website and email to a new hosting company in June, replaced an old firewall with new equipment, updated all church PCs to the latest version of Windows and obtained the charity license of Google Workspace environment. At the application level, we automated QMM registration and Advance Voting processes, implemented an Email subscription system and an event registration system.
