Loree Conners, School Counseling Co-Coordinator

Ms. Conners has been a school counselor at RHAM High School for 20 years and a native of Glastonbury, CT all her life. After graduating from Smith College with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Ms. Conners worked for the Children's Home of Cromwell while earning her Master's Degree in School Counseling from Central Connecticut State University. She interned at RHAM High School and was hired as a long-term substitute at RHAM Middle School for two years before coming to RHAM High School.  In her free time she enjoys watching her son play sports, vacationing in Maine, and supporting her church and community.     


Jennifer Mott, School Counseling Co-Coordinator

Mrs. Mott has been at RHAM since 2002. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a double major in psychology and sociology and earned her Master's Degree in School Counseling from the University of Hartford. She played Division 1 sports in college, coached a high school team for five years and has been a presenter at the CT School Counselor Association Conference. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her children's school. 

Julie Dimmock, Counselor

Ms. Dimmock enters her second year at RHAM High School, after having worked for over 20 years in similar positions in Colorado and Vermont.  Born in Colchester, she returned to the area after 29 years away to spend time with her extended family.  In her free time, Ms. Dimmock loves to read, run, and spend time in the outdoors.

Emily Lata, Counselor

Mrs. Lata has been at RHAM High School since 2015. She graduated from Westfield State College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She earned her Master's degree at the University of Saint Joseph in School Counseling. Before becoming a school counselor, Mrs. Lata worked with children with autism doing Applied Behavior Analysis. She loves spending time with her husband, adorable new daughter, and her dog, Pippa. In her free time, Mrs. Lata loves to travel, spend time with family, run, and do crafts. 

Tiffany Krupp, Counselor

Mrs. Krupp had been a middle school counselor for 20 years but is now in  her third year at the high school level. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She then relocated to Connecticut and graduated from Central CT State University with a Master's Degree in School Counseling. She worked in East Hartford for 4 years before coming to RHAM Middle School in 2001.  She has 2 children of her own, one sophomore  and one senior in college.  She loves spending time reading, getting together with friends and family, and is an avid dog lover!

Mrs. Hoagland has been a high school counselor since 2011 and has been part of the RHAM community since 2018. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and has her Master's degree in School Counseling from Boston College. She is passionate about helping students reach their goals and become the best version of themselves. Mrs. Hoagland enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or running.

Kimberly Gombotz, School Psychologist

Mrs. Gombotz earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bath Path College.  She went on to earn her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from American International College.  She worked as a School Psychologist in Windsor at Sage Park Middle School and Windsor High School and worked for Capital Region Education Council (CREC) in districts throughout Connecticut prior to coming to Region 8.  Mrs. Gombotz has been at RHAM High School for 3 years.  She loves helping students through conducting evaluations to determine how students learn, counseling students for a variety of reasons, consulting with parents and teachers, and being involved with the RHAM community.  When not at RHAM, Mrs. Gombotz keeps busy with her three sons and their activities.  She enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, biking, fishing, and baseball, as well as reading and dancing. 

Carol Rusch, School Psychologist

Mrs. Rusch has been a school psychologist at RHAM since 2021. She graduated from The University of Connecticut with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Anthropology/Archeology and with minors in Biology and Sociology. She earned a Master’s of Science Degree and a Sixth Year Certification in School Psychology from Southern Ct State University. Mrs. Rusch has been a practicing school psychologist for over 25 years in the state of Connecticut. She is a wife and a mother of twins. Mrs. Rusch enjoys gardening, cooking/baking and traveling with her family. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on the students, families and staff that she works with. When she arrived at RHAM HS, she initiated a dog therapy program that benefits students and staff by providing positive, therapeutic and social interactions between RHAM students and staff and trained therapy dogs. In her role as school psychologist, she conducts psychological evaluations, provides counseling and works collaboratively with administration, staff and parents in order to best support students. She is a co-facilitator of SOAR, a student organization that focuses on service, opportunity, achievement and resilience.

Ryanne Gatti, AHM Student Support Services Counselor

Ryanne Gatti is the AHM Student Support Services Counselor and has been working at RHAM High School since 2020. Ryanne is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and received her Masters in Counseling from California State University Northridge. She has been working with teens for over 5  years and is passionate about supporting teens with their mental health. Ryanne is a dog lover and is happiest spending time with her black lab Capri.
