This rigorous course is a continuation of Algebra I and Honors Geometry. New concepts emphasize relations and functions that include quadratics, higher order polynomials, exponential functions, and rational functions. The course’s overarching themes are transformations of functions and curve fitting via regression analysis. Advanced topics include sequences and series and trigonometry. A Texas Instruments graphing calculator is required (TI 84+ is recommended.)
