If you’re struggling with sleep, stress, or chronic health issues, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I'm Dr. Angelia Corley, a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in health psychology and a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with rest, resilience, and well-being.
What sets my approach apart is how I combine science-backed therapy with real-world health experience—delivered with empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for where each client is in their journey. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of medical settings including sleep medicine, primary care, chronic pain, bariatrics, blind rehabilitation, and home-based care. I’ve seen firsthand how emotional health and physical health are deeply connected—and how powerful it can be when treatment addresses the whole person.
In therapy, I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based methods. I specialize in treating insomnia, anxiety, chronic illness, and stress-related issues, using techniques that are compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where clients of all backgrounds feel safe, seen, and respected. I practice from a foundation of cultural humility, honoring the complex, multifaceted identities each person brings. I believe that understanding a client’s lived experience—including culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and economic context—is essential for meaningful, effective therapy.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in cycles of sleeplessness, overwhelmed by a diagnosis, or just exhausted from trying to keep it all together—my goal is to help you feel better, sleep better, and live more fully.
