Planning to join the military after graduation? Students who enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces before graduation should provide their school with documentation verifying their enlistment.
If you have completed your enlistment, submit a copy of your DD Form 4 (Enlistment/Reenlistment Document – Armed Forces of the United States) to your school counselor. This documentation allows the school to verify and properly record your post-graduation military enlistment.
