Writing Rhetoric is our grammar/writing curriculum for eighth grade. It prepares our students to write complete essays. This year we will learn how to write commonplace essays, which are persuasive essays that attack and defend certain aspects of human nature.

We talked about the Articles of Confederation and how Congress had trouble balancing freedom and order in this new nation.
