Writing Rhetoric is our grammar/writing curriculum for eighth grade. It prepares our students to write complete essays. This year we will learn how to write commonplace essays, which are persuasive essays that attack and defend certain aspects of human nature.

We read Article I of the Constitution and analyzed what inspiration it drew from the New Jersey and Virginia Plans.
