Reiki Packages

This package is designed for those who want to increase their therapeutic benefit from Reiki by increasing frequency of treatments. This round of treatment is ideal for stress-management, pain-reduction and increasing self-awareness. Additionally, if you suffer from mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression, this package may be right for you!

The General Wellbeing Package consists of four 60 minute treatments over the timeline of 1 to 2 months. This is a renewable package so you may purchase it a second time and extend your treatment experience for another 1-2 months.

The Recovery Package is built for those doing active recovery work. It is a renewable package and includes four 60 minute treatments per month. The frequency of treatments reinforces the inner work of the recipient, encouraging the mind-body to further its own healing processes.

How is "recovery" defined?

Folks may be recovering from addictions or they may be in recovery from a recent trauma or injury. Perhaps they are recovering from toxic relationships, family of origin dysfunction, etc. Below, you will find a list of recovery journeys that would qualify for this package.

This package is designed for anyone in a present state of flux who seeks grounding and reinforcement of inner wisdom for the rest of their journey. Below, you'll find a list of some transitions that qualify for this package.

Being in service to others is important, meaningful work that requires sturdy options for self-care. Taking care of others- humans or animals- can certainly be fulfilling. Unfortunately, caregiving is often undervalued in our culture. Compassion fatigue and burnout can be frustrating at the least and debilitating in more extreme cases.

Self-sacrifice and exhaustion does not enable us to help others in the way we might want to, despite what societal messages might lead us to believe. The truth is: if my cup is empty, there is none to give to someone else.

Whether you're a guardian/parental caregiver or if you work professionally to take care of others, this package is built for you. This package is great for teachers, animal trainers, paraprofessionals. Folks working in retail and the service industry also experience energy depletion if they don't have the time or tools to refill their own cups.

The Reiki for Caregivers Package is renewable and it includes four 60 minute treatments within the timespan of one or two months.

When we lose someone, grief is pervasive. It touches every area of our lives and that makes it very difficult to compartmentalize. For a while, our feelings and thinking may seem drastically different than how we felt before. It is often even difficult to make sense of what is going on inside us and to articulate what the heart is feeling. The "normal" process of grief may feel anything but normal to us.

If any of this resonates with you, please be gentle with you. Your grief path is natural and it will be unique to who you are.

Reiki works in service to the highest good of the recipient and all involved. The energy works with your own energy system to encourage balance and healing without needing for you to understand or articulate what you're feeling. Reiki will go where it is needed using your inner wisdom and strength as a guide.

The Grief & Loss Package is renewable and it includes four 60 minute treatments within the timespan of one or two months.

This package is designed for pets who benefit from frequent sessions spread over a month or two. It is a great option for pets dealing with acute illness or getting used to a new home or new members of the home. Another excellent use of this package is for when guardian is going through a transition or otherwise difficult time and the pet is responding to that. Many animals show their internal discomfort/grief through displaying lower energy, digestive trouble or sudden changes in behavior.

Working with animals is such an honor for me. I am amazed by the inner wisdom and strength they possess. They often just "get" Reiki in a way that humans don't. We live so much from our minds and sometimes find it difficult to stay in the present moment. This is not the case with most animals so they are generally quite responsive! My dog loves Reiki and he's so used to it now, he closes his eyes almost immediately. (He even responds when I say the "R" word around the house!)

The All Paws Package includes 4 in-home treatments and you save $10 a piece on the 3rd and 4th session (2nd and 3rd follow-ups). When fulfilled, if you want to extend this package after your pet has enjoyed these four in-home treatments, you will continue the next 4 hands-on sessions at the $40 rate. Another option for extension would be to add 2 hands-on sessions at $40 ($20 savings) and 2 remote sessions at $25 ($20 savings).

So...it's not exactly a spa day and it's not exactly a couples' treatment, but it is the sweetest package we could work out for you and your pet.

The Best Friends Package can be used within the time range of 1-2 months. It includes a treatment and follow-up for both the pet and the pet's human. ;)

Please note: Animal reiki sessions are done in the animal's home to ensure the most healing and relaxation for the pet. The guardian's treatment sessions, however, are done at a separately scheduled time in the Reiki for Today office/treatment space. This is how both the pet and the pet's human get the full experience and most healing potential.
