ALL student-athletes must register on FamilyID
ALL student-athletes must have a physical on file (within 13 months) with the school nurse.
ALL student-athletes must read/agree to the Sports Tryout Policy before the first tryout session.
Transportation waivers for travel other than with the team MUST be completed 24 hours in advance.
