Electric Stoves

Do NOT leave the electric stove on unattended

Do NOT wash/clean burners with water

Do NOT let water overflow on the burners while cooking

Stove needs to remain very clean

Food and other items should NOT touch the burners - this could possibly ruin the burners

Tenant could be billed if they do not take good care of the electric stove
