Goals - 2024

1.    Mindfulness: I'm deeply committed to the ongoing inclusion of mindfulness in our curriculum. Additionally, I believe we should initiate this with staff as well to promote well-being.

2.    PYP (Primary Years Programme): I'm dedicated to expanding my expertise in this area, as it holds great value for our students' development.

3.    Fostering a Culture of Kindness at Redhill: My goal extends beyond instilling kindness in our students; I'm equally devoted to nurturing a culture of kindness among the staff, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

4.    Leadership: While I've been advised that titles aren't necessary when you know you're a leader, I strongly believe that having a recognised leadership title is essential for career advancement and mobility.
