3. Fostering a Culture of Kindness at Redhill: My goal extends beyond instilling kindness in our students; I'm equally devoted to nurturing a culture of kindness among the staff, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.
4. Leadership: While I've been advised that titles aren't necessary when you know you're a leader, I strongly believe that having a recognised leadership title is essential for career advancement and mobility.
