Our Grand Council students are a group of elected fifth grade kids who represent the collective ideas of their school mates in grades K-5 to get involved in the purposeful culture of the school. They believe we all have a responsibility to "make connections in all we do."
Students at Joseph Welsh engage in "passion projects" that provide them opportunities to adopt a cause, forward an improvement idea, build culture, and basically connect with themselves, others, the community, and knowledge.
“If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose.” -- Bishop T. D. Jakes
