Wellbeing Society

The objective of the Wellbeing Society is to provide students who have an interest in psychology, mental health, and overall well-being with an opportunity to expand their knowledge in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. As part of this initiative, an advice column will be introduced to allow students, even those who are not members of the society, to seek help while maintaining their anonymity. Additionally, the Wellbeing Society is currently collaborating with RCHK Mentors to promote various aspects of mental well-being to Year 7 students. Furthermore, the society aims to promote well-being among MYP students through activities during their PHE classes, such as stretching and emphasizing the importance of meditation. These activities are designed to encourage positive thinking and personal growth among the students.
