CAS Overview

Creativity, activity, service (CAS) is one of the three essential elements that every student must complete as part of the Diploma Programme (DP). CAS places emphasis on experiential learning and provides individual student challenges in Creativity, Activity and Service. The challenge is extended by developing a spirit of discovery and self-reliance and encouraging individual skills. The programme reflects the aims of our mission statement in complementing the academic disciplines of the curriculum and meeting our college goals regarding growth of the whole person. Through participation, CAS enables students to enhance their personal and interpersonal development by learning through experience. It provides opportunities for self-determination and collaboration with others, fostering a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment from their work.
