GOING TO BE ABSENT?

• If you know you are going to be away, please have your parents/guardians call the school to make the office aware of your absence. Our attendance line is available 24/7. Just call (613)432-5846 and leave a detailed message about your absence to avoid automated calls, e-mails and text messages reporting your absence.  Also for your convenience, you can email us at:  sjhsattendance@rccdsb.ca

• If you need to leave school early, bring a note from home stating why you are leaving, who is picking you up and at what time.  Give this note to the main office and they will sign you out of the building.

• If you are late for school, you must sign in at the main office BEFORE heading to your regularly scheduled class.

• Our automated calls, texts and emails are programmed to go out at 9:00 am, 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
