小孩 (11歲以下) | Children (11 and under): $6 

青少年（12歲或以上）| Youth (12 and up): $8

老師 | Teachers: $6

將學生分為客人及服務員。每位客人將有 $20 玩具鈔票。每組三、四人分批由服務生帶入餐廳上座，並由服務生幫忙協助點餐,以及端盤上桌。客人用餐結束後需結帳（需含稅），並給小費。全部的過程限中文對話。 每一組可加入一位家長和老師幫忙。客人若用英文與服務生交談，每一句話帳單上將多收$1。客人與客人之間可用英語交談，不再額外罰錢，但還是鼓勵說中文。 

Students will be divided into customers and waiters. Each customer will receive $20 toy money. Groups of three to four customers will be seated by a waiter. The waiter will help them order and will bring the dishes to the table. After eating, customers will pay their bill (including tax) and leave a tip. All interactions must be in Chinese. Each group may have one parent and one teacher assisting. If a customer speaks English to the waiter, $1 will be added to the bill for each English sentence. Customers may speak English to each other without penalty, though speaking Chinese is still encouraged.
