Coping Strategies are all of the things we can do to de-stress, calm down, or regulate our emotions. They don't have to be anything special and everyone has different strategies that work for them! No two people have the exact same strategies to cope with their emotions. Take a look at all of the ideas below and try to find a few new ideas you think might work for you!
