Established over four decades ago, the Visual and Performing Arts Academy offers conservatory-inspired training within a rigorous college-preparatory public high school. Students pursue one of nine specialized visual or performing arts majors, each designed to develop technical skill, artistic voice, and professional readiness in a collaborative environment.

All programs are aligned with Career and Technical Education (CTE) standards, preparing students for college, conservatory study, and careers in the arts and creative industries. Graduates have attended highly selective institutions and gone on to careers in performance, design, media, education, and beyond—applying their skills across a wide range of creative and professional fields.
