While at Kane International I was tasked with designing the layout of the new HQ which opened in 2016. This combined 3 buildings into one over a new 25'000sqft building. This was from office space, meeting rooms to production, stores & engineering. I spent a lot of time on site from foundation to hand over as well as leasing with suppliers, contractors and departmental requirements.
