I work with adults (ages 18+) in-person in Asheville, North Carolina or via telehealth to residents of North Carolina, Colorado, Washington D.C. and Virginia. 

I have 10 years of clinical experience and have worked in a variety of settings, including medical social work with liver transplant patients, employee assistance, community mental health, and group practice. 

I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities. 

As a feminist therapist, I view struggles not just as personal ones, but rooted in the social, cultural, and political contexts surrounding us. I have personal experience with the standards our society places on us, which can sometimes impact how we want to live. 

I continually seek out ongoing education and stay current with evidence-based practices. I love being in nature, weight lifting, and having goals to work on.
