Sponsorship Opportunities

Permanent plaques to recognize all contributors will be installed at the entrance to the playground on a Legacy Donor Tree.

Fencing: To ensure children's safety, barn fencing around the perimeter of the playground would be installed. People have the opportunity to donate to pay for sections of the fencing and plaques will recognize each sponsor on a donor recognition tree at the playground entrance.

Adult observation benches: To ensure total child independence, benches will be installed around the perimeter of the playground for adult waiting & watching. People will have the opportunity to sponsor a bench and plaques will recognize each sponsor on the fencing itself..

Stumps: People will have the opportunity to donate stumps for the children to jump to and from, run around and sit on. This is very similar to typical paver projects where families pay for pavers and have their names on them.

Storage Sheds: Some zones of the playground require materials that are portable and for longevity sake, will not be left out all of the time.

Professional labor support: Landscapers, tree removal companies, nurseries, Home Depot will be solicited for support with labor projects (supplies and helping hands) for things like gravel, mulch, stumps, plantings, etc.,

Phase III: The hope is that the bulk of the first two phases is sponsored by the RPEF and the Hubbard School PTO and fundraising efforts within the parent community. The vision is that this project is seen, not only as an improvement to the Hubbard School experience, but an improvement to the local community. There will be fundraising efforts going out to local businesses, corporations, foundations to support a final phase of playground development in the summer of 2021.
