202 Parade Info

Monday, May 27th @ SHS - Arrive at SHS by 7:30 am

Parades: 9 am @ Hillburn; 10 am @ Sloatsburg; 11 am @ Suffern

Return to SHS by no later than 12:30 pm

The school district is providing school buses for us.

What do I need to bring?

1. WHAT TO WEAR: Marching Band Collared Shirt  (If you need a shirt, please email marchingmounties@gmail.com to arrange purchase - new shirts will be distributed at SHS on Memorial Day (if ordered).  Wear Tan Shorts or Pants & Sneakers (White is best for temperature)

2. FOOD: We will have bagels at the school before we leave for the parades.  Bring a refillable bottle of water.

3. WHAT TO PURCHASE/BRING: Instrumentalists must buy/bring a FLIP FOLDER and a LYRE to hold the music.  You can get them at Music and Arts (201-327-2853) in Ramsey.  You may want to go to the store with your instrument to check for proper fit.  You can also call to be sure it is in stock asap.  BE SURE TO GET THE SPECIFIC LYRE FOR YOUR INSTRUMENT!!!
