Everfi / Clever
EVERFI is a digital platform that empowers students with real-world skills. Provided at no cost to Raleigh County Schools through sponsor funding from folks like the NFL, NHL and the United Way, the standard aligned, student self-directed resources within the platform, EVERFI provides professional and ongoing implementation support at no-cost.
To access EVERFI, sign into Clever which can be found here: clever.com/in/rcsdwv
(Teachers sign into Clever with their @k12 email and WVEIS/Employee #)
For help getting started, reach out to your local Schools Manager, Maura Slone. mslone@everfi.com.
From Ms. Slone: “Once teachers are logged into Clever and click on EVERFI their "EVERFI Profile" is registered. They won't do any additional set up at that point. They will have the option to link an existing account. So if they are currently using EVERFI, they will want to link those accounts. (They will be prompted the first time they click on the EVERFI app). From there, they will want to go to the Course Catalog and add courses to their dashboards that they may want to assign to students. Then, they can create classes under the Classes tab. They will click Create Class and then use the drop down menu to select their roster to assign EVERFI to students.”
Students will also login to Clever, click on EVERFI and they may be prompted to enter their birthday if it's their first time in. (this is so we don't survey under 13 year olds in our courses).
