The SentriCONNECT App. is the best way for non-sentrilock users to gain access to RAGBOS listings. The showing agent downloads the app. once while SentriCONNECT access is granted by the listing agent via SentriKEY app. or Sentrilock.com webiste .
Brokerage admins can grant access via Sentrilock.com website.
This way everything is securely tracked, a timeframe can be indicated for when the access is granted to the non-sentrilock user.

SentriConnect was developed to give easy access for agents in neighboring boards and brokerages, contractors, painters, appraisers, photographers, and more. Anyone who would need secure and temporary access to a property. This is a more secure alternative to code access, giving administrators peace of mind.

If you have an out of town agent from TREB or LSTAR that requires access to a Sentrilock lockbox, please send them access via the SentriCONNECT App. (rather than a One Day Code).
There are many security benefits of using the SentriCONNECT app. versus a One Day Code.
How To Use SentriKEY Real Estate App to Grant SentriCONNECT access to Non-Sentrilock Users
This app allows Sentrilock lockbox users to grant secure time controlled to your properties.
SentriCONNECT will inform the Listing Agent who specifically accessed the property.

Launch the SentriKEY Real Estate App.
Tap the ‘hamburger’ menu
Select My Lockboxes
Select SentriCONNECT
Then choose the lockbox to which you would like to provide access
Note: Lockbox must be assigned to a listing to be able to Grant SentriCONNECT access
Select the Property you would like to Grant Access to
Enter the SentriCONNECT users’s email address (Non-Sentrilock user; Toronto, London, Huron Perth agent)
Then Select the Date Range and Start and End Time for Access
After the information is entered, Select GRANT ACCESS then enter your PIN/ or Touch or Face ID
You will receive a SUCCESS message; confirming that access was granted
The user will receive an email invitation to download the SentriCONNECT app.and complete the registration process
To review your accesses; select the MESSAGES tab (envelope icon) from within your SentriKEY app.; from there you can Revoke an access and see when the access was granted.

Confirming the appointment alone in ShowingTime does not automatically send that agent SentriCONNECT access; we have had several out of area agents calling our Board trying to determine why their access isn't working for us to discover the Brokerage or Listing Agent never granted them SentriCONNECT access.
