Matrix MLS®

The first time you login to the ITSO Matrix MLS® at www.itsorealestate.ca you will be asked to read and sign the End User License Agreement. Ensure you type your name exactly as shown (usually all uppercase)

Your USER ID and Password will have already been given to you - you must update your password asap. Passwords must have at least 6 alpha characters, with at least one being UPPERCASE and include at least one numerical character.

Maintaining a secure MLS® is vital to RAGBOS. SAFEACCESS security software provided by Clareity Security was deployed in May 2020 and runs silently in the background as you login and as you continue to use the Matrix MLS® . Read the Clareity SafeAccess document linked here for more information.

Users will need to update their Header & Footer information and all the other options located under the My Information section.
