Western Sierra Collegiate Academy
Academic Support & Course Planning
Western Sierra Collegiate Academy is a college prep, 7th through 12th-grade charter school. Known for our engaging and rigorous academic curriculum, students from throughout the region chose to attend our tightly knit academic community.
Our unique graduation requirements, including required AP courses, higher-level math achievement, foreign language and VAPA course requirements, meet or exceed University of California college admissions requirements.
We are committed to the success of all students performing at high levels. Our tight-knit learning community fosters discourse and collaborative problem-solving.
Our students meet and exceed our high academic expectations and rigor through built-in supports, such as our mastery learning philosophy, enrichment opportunities, and access to small group teacher workshops and tutorials.
Please review the supports on this site to help you/your student be successful
and reach out to teachers as needed.
If additional support is needed after contacting teachers and maximizing ELT time, please contact your grade level counselor.
