Current Events
Throughout the year we will be watching the CNN Student News segments in class. They are short news programs that run about 10 minutes long, and are full of great information about events going on around the world. We will be using a Google Maps tool to create an interactive map that we will use to track some of the stories we learn about. This will help give us a sense of where things are occurring in the world, while also improving our geography sense.
