Click the Resume Transaction button on the function menu.

Identify the on-hold transactions that need to be completed.

The cashier can choose which transaction to continue based on the customer or order details.

Once selected, the system will reload the items onto the active screen

Proceed to finalize the sale as you would with a standard transaction.
