Step 1: Open the Cash Payment

Click the Cash button on the function menu.
Or, press F9 on your keyboard.
Step 2: Enter the Payment Amount

Type the amount of cash provided by the customer
Step 3: Finalize the Entry
Step 3: Finalize the Entry
Click the OK button.
Or, press Enter on your keyboard.
The screen will display the Payment Value, subtract the Total, and show the remaining Change amount to be returned to the customer.
