This course is divided into 2 sections: Fitness / Sports and Weight Training.
For Fitness and Sports, there will be 2/5 week units with different activities in each Unit. Students will learn about each Unit while learning how to have a healthy approach to physical activity .
For Weight Training,
A doctor's note is required for any medical reasons. If a student can not participate and has a doctor's note, the student will have to turn in make up work by email (see make up policies page).
