In an effort to provide a foundation for all of my students to be successful, I will be developing several Classroom Agreements with my students. I want them to realize they have a voice in this world and I value their input regarding how we can best work as a community to support everyone's success.

Additionally, I implement a Whole Brain approach to teaching. Through Whole Brain teaching methods I have 5 simple classroom rules. These rules are listed and explained below.

Whole Brain Classroom Rules:

• Rule Number 1 - Follow directions quickly

• Rule Number 2 - Raise your hand for permission to speak

• Rule Number 3 - Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat (Some exceptions apply)

• Rule Number 4 - Make smart choices

• Rule Number 5 - Keep your dear teacher happy!! This is a simple rule to follow. As long as all my students are polite, compassionate, kind, and are able to learn in a non disruptive, safe environment then I am happy.
