Trimester 3 Progress Reports were finalized as of Friday, 5/2 and will be viewable in Q on Friday, 5/9

All students need to check the Middle School Google Classroom to ensure they are keeping up with the CSI assignments.  These scores will be included in their elective grades at the end of the trimester. 

CAASPP Testing is from May 12-21st.  Middle School students will test in the morning and then have all classes after nutrition.  Be sure students charge their Chromebooks each night and get a good night's sleep to prepare to do their best on the tests.

Students are learning about the fundamentals of computers, the internet, and AI to understand how our technology works.

Trimester 1 ends Friday, March 14th.  All assignments must be submitted for all classes by the end of the day on Friday.

Students are practicing editing dialogue and wrapping up their projects from this trimester.

Students are using technology to solve problems.  Students will be coding Lego robots to model a possible solution to a problem.

Students are practicing creating characters and using various camera angles and shots to improve storytelling in a video.

Students are using flowcharts to describe everyday decisions and to write Choose your own Adventure stories.

School is scheduled to resume on Wednesday, November 13th.  This will be an A Day.  See the messages from Mr. Borchard for more information.

The CSI program has begun for all classes.  Middle School students are starting by reviewing their skills in Scratch.

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 21st.  This is an A Day so you will be attending your odd numbered classes (periods 1, 3, 5, and 7).

Be sure to bring your lock to school on the first day.  If you need help opening your lock, see the tab above for videos to help you.

Thank you for the supply donations. Any additional donations can be brought to room 15 on the first day of school.  The materials will be shared among all the middle school teachers.  We always welcome donations of tissues and dry-erase whiteboard markers throughout the year.
