If there is an emergency, police officers, firefighters, and emergency technicians will always report first. Schools and states also prepare for emergencies. Schools do fire drills and earthquake drills. States react to what happened before and prepare for it if it happens again. Teens also help rescue people if there is an emergency. Andrea H. has rescued many people and worked with the Red Cross to help evacuees. In conclusion, people, teens, and states prepare for all emergencies.
