Service Requirements for Existing Members:

Total Service: 30 Hours per year. 

PVUSD: 2 Hours per year

Community Organization: 6 Hours per year. 

Remaining hours: May come from PVUSD or Community Organization.

At least 1 hour must be submitted by December 12th, 2025. 

All hours for existing members will be due by April 24th, 2026. No Exceptions. 

NHS Students should review their Google Classrooms for additional information and the form. 

Submission Standards:

Students will use log sheet to document individual hours performed and a contact log for each supervising person on that log. When complete, student will document on Google Form found in their Google Classroom and turn in logs with contact sheet to their sponsor. 

Half of all required hours should be completed by mid-December. All NHS members will be asked to submit their logs for individual hours and the associated contact sheets. Students will also need to record their hours on to the Google Form found in their Google Classroom. This submission is required so we can track and help hold students accountable towards the requirements.
