Community Organization Hours must occur with a verifiable non-profit organization that provides a free or low cost service to the community. Community Organizations will typically have a website, CEO/President, professional email, tax-exempt status. When in doubt, it is the members responsibility to ask.

Students will use log sheet to document individual hours performed and a contact log for each supervising person on that log. When complete, student will document on Google Form found in their Google Classroom and turn in logs with contact sheet to their sponsor.

Half of all required hours should be completed by mid-December. All NHS members will be asked to submit their logs for individual hours and the associated contact sheets. Students will also need to record their hours on to the Google Form found in their Google Classroom. This submission is required so we can track and help hold students accountable towards the requirements.
